"I usually go to the one in Annapolis, and it’s the same issues usually of their screen freezing and the person at the cash seemingly not wanting to be there at all The bagel got smothered with cream cheese, and listen. I love cream cheese, but I had to take a good bit off with how much they were giving us. My husband had to as well."
"I used to love this place. And I'm talking 15 plus years ago. But now you can not order anything and not spend 15 minutes or more. In line heaven forbid, there's more than one car in the drive through or you'll spend 20 plus minutes. Doesn't matter the order just takes that long for everything. The food used to be much better too. The eggs had a taste. There was a little bit more of them the bagels had a taste. But ideally this place used to be much better"
"Customers are forced to take out because Dining area is closed! Bagels are varying sizes and shapes my last bagel box (13) some were flat on one side. Bagels were hard and tough. This was the last time I go to this Einstein even the staff are unfriendly. Sad to see a group of elderly ladies eating outside in the parking lot just to talk to one another over bagels and coffee. Come on Einstein pay employees more and get that damn eating area opened again ridiculous."
"Decomposing lettuce and spinach on my sandwich. Some of the spinach was in a gel like state. Not quite solid or liquid. The turkey was very obviously taken directly from the package and slapped on the bagel, which normally would be fine if it weren't for the nasty lettuce and tomato."
