"I came to this Starbucks after being frustrated from the other Starbucks 3 miles from here. I called first and she said yes they had gift card holders. I came in and was greeted with a friendly smile. She was very helpful and the receipt got caught up in the machine. I told her it’s ok and she was like, “no, if you need to keep the receipt we want to make sure you have a clean and clear one”. It’s little things that mean a lot. I really appreciate Ty, thank you very much! I would strongly recommending coming to this one over the one on Baltimore Ave. Just see my previous review."
"Only Starbucks that had my ham and Swiss baguette, pumpkin loaf and brown sugar shaken espresso all in one place. 5 stars as that is damn near impossible these days. I had to pass up 4 other Starbucks that were closer to me. But 2-3 stars for milk in a cup. Y’all are better than the 100% milk in a cup at Burtonsville and Laurel Lakes."
"I’m a regular here, and most often great service. Today i had mobile ordered my regular drink for an in-store pick up. When I arrived the door was locked with a sign to enter the drive through. I’m on limited time and on my way to work, thus i mobile ordered for pick up. I had to leave with no drink and no refund because I did not have time to wait in line at the drive through - I would have just pulled into the drive through without ordering ahead if that were the case. I’m told after calling that I’ll have to return to the store later to get a refund. Very disappointed and will be taking my business to other stores as often as I can for a while just so that I don’t have to hope I’ll get my paid drink in time."
"Unfortunately service is extremely slow as a standard. ESPECIALLY if you order food. I typically always do mobile order. And when I arrive to pick up the 8/10 times the food isn't ready.. and I make sure, I give at least 10 to 15 minutes before going to pick it up.. then I still have to wait 15 to 20 min just for a barista to ask what the issue is and start the food. Granted I could try to speak up and try to get their attention but even that doesn't always work. I love Starbucks and the products. This location just REALLY needs to step up. This issue has gone on for over a year."
