"Rude & unprofessional staff here. I wasn’t spoken to at all during the transaction while they were joking around with each other. The only positive was our drinks were made relatively quickly- but we had to ask for the promotional items that should have come with our order. Really an unpleasant interaction all around. We’ll go to another location next time."

"I'll start with the good. The food was great. Extra flavorful crunchy Chicken. Would eat it again. However small missing side from my meal that I caught when I looked at my order in the car. No biggie. Came back they recognized the mistake and cooked my missing item. The issue is whenever a mistake is made I feel like the restaurant should offer something to make the customer feel good. A free drink goes far in the aspect. Second issue also minor. Selling fried foods but charging for a sauce. Cheese curds need a marinara or ranch. Wings need ranch or blue cheese. Charging extra for 1 is a bit much. On the fence about returning as a customer."
