"I got a vanilla sweet cream coldbrew and it was chunky and tasted weird so I asked them remake it. When I got the remade one, it was still chunky and tasted weird, so I tried to stir it with a straw and maybe mix it together? I drank it and got several chunks in my mouth. When I went to examine the chunks, it was actually mold. Staff was unhelpful and I ended up tossing it. This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to and had this problem. I would not recommend this location."

"Bought a mug there with a defective box. They refused to replace it unless I brought the mug in as well. It’s a cardboard box! I need to travel with it. How will I? The customer service person was clueless. Also, how dare you ask for a tip? Stop begging for money from your customers. It’s really pathetic. Why would I contact you? What are you going to do about the damage already done, in terms of the poor experience I had? Are you going to somehow compensate me for this?"
