"This is a good local place for simple snacks and drinks. They mostly run pretty smoothly and the drinks are good. They've recently started making donuts fresh (they used to make them the evening before) so that's an improvement. The staff is friendly and keep the place as clean as can be reasonably expected. I spend an hour there several times per week, so I can see the ebb and flow of customers and how this location is usually on top of things. You'll see one review below where they failed - that was on Christmas Eve when one of the staff was late. After the staff member came in, they caught right up."
"Granddaughter's favorite! Good coffee. Have never eaten there. We just get donuts."
"I used the app to order an iced coffee. When I arrived there were only 2 employees working. A large crowd was standing around waiting for online orders. No orders were ready & no orders were being made. There was a girl at the cash register taking walk in orders & a guy making food. Standing there watching the food cook. 10 minutes pass by & everyone was getting restless as no orders are coming out. A guy asked about who is making the online orders & it fell on deaf ears. No one answered. I asked for a refund for my online order. I was told that was impossible. It took almost 30 minutes for an iced coffee using the online app. When I got outside & took a sip, it was not what I ordered. I will never set foot in this location ever again. They do not care about their customers time or money. No apologies were given & were rude the entire time I was inside the store. There are plenty of great coffee options in reston so I will spend my money elsewhere. This location is a joke"

"The donuts are delicious, even if you come later in the morning or in the afternoon. They have okay coffee, the iced lattes are hit or miss, in my opinion, depending on the sugar and syrup mix that day. I absolutely love the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich any time of day or night - so tasty! You can choose to eat inside or outside on a handful of outdoor tables and chairs. It's a little cramped inside, so I'd like to eat outside next time; just need a day with nice weather to enjoy."
