"Always kind of slow, especially when ordering bagel sandwiches, but the food is fantastic. Their various cream cheeses especially. They have great deals on day old bagels, and their fresh bagels are nice and hefty."

"Positives: The bagels are amazing and I love the holiday themes they always have. The negatives: we've not once had a successful pre-order. It seems to either get forgotten about or when we get there, things are unavailable and they didn't call to let us know. It takes about the same amount of time in the store to order a bagel with avocado spread as it does when we pre-order (15 minutes), so we've stopped doing that unless it's something we have to request in advance (some holiday items.) The people working there have always been very nice, but when items are not available, they're not very accommodating. We felt like we couldn't ask for a partial refund last time and just accepted something of lesser value as a substitute. The chai latte has been unavailable the last several times we've tried to get it for whatever reason, so not sure why it's still even on the menu. We'll keep going there, but would definitely like to see more coffee options available to go with our breakfast and less confusion with pre-orders."

"I am a repeat customer at Bobby's Bagel Cafe. Their bagels are made fresh daily and resemble the giant, pillowy yet chewy, bagels from NY. These are the only bagels I eat south of NY. I come here weekly. Today, I picked up a surprise bag through Too Good To Go which I typically do weekly, but had many complications with the app. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I received my order. Next time, I will be ordering directly from the restaurant to avoid the hassle. I was pleasantly surprised by the owner's dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you Bobby!"

"Bobby's Bagel Cafe has become a cherished Sunday breakfast tradition for me, and my ultimate favorite is their delightful Nova lox on a Rainbow bagel. The flavors are absolutely delicious, and the Rainbow bagel itself is a feast for the eyes. On a recent visit, my girlfriend decided to try the nova lox open face on a Barbie bagel, which added a playful touch to our experience. Speaking of special occasions, I am thrilled to have chosen Bobby's Bagel Cafe to cater the Bagel and Lox platter for my friend's baby shower brunch. I reached out to them to discuss delivery details and customize the platter to accommodate our vegan and gluten-free guests."

"OH MY GOD!!!! Va stand UP!! Two up two down baby!!!! BEST breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had period!! I got their spicy jalapeño bagel-you can taste the quality. I’m not even going to do too much talking, just look at my pics and come spend some money!!!!!!! P.S. the sandwich was HUGE. Literally seemed like a pound. Mr. Bobby did not come to play with y’all!"
