"Just brought in an older model Electrolux vacuum in need of repair. Was not sure how the visit would go but it turned out to be extremely positive. The vacuum only needed a replacement part , which they were able to switch out onsite. The whole visit took 15 mins and did not cost alot. Very pleasant and helpful associate working today. I should have got his name for the review lol. My receipt says Ash. Overall highly recommend this store and will definitely return in the future."

"Top quality service and customer care! Sam repaired my vacuum cleaner and I was back in within two weeks because the machine wasn't working again. Sam easily diagnosed that someone had vacuumed something two large for the machine, fished the item out and then refused to charge me for the repair, notwithstanding that it was MY FAULT!"
