"Coffee and everything is good but the black guy with glasses that works in the morning is absolutely terrible at customer service. He always has an attitude and is really ignorant to the customers. I come here almost every day either when I get off work or when going into work but this is my last time coming here because you know, there's a million other Dunkin's around. Why would I want to spend money at place to pay your wage when you can't even give your customers respect and treat them like you want them to spend their money here instead of like a burden. Please hire better help and don't settle. Otherwise from one business owner to next you might not have one soon enough"

"I am very disappointed with Dunkin Donuts. I always get my iced caramel macchiato and normally it is delicious. However, these past 6 or so months with all the newer people they don’t know what they are doing. My drink tasted like absolute garbage. I will not go back. It’s very upsetting. They didn’t put the extra caramel in it like I asked and they stirred it. This is not what I asked for."
