"What the hell? First and last time at this location. I pulled into the drive thru to place an order. I heard something garbled on the intercom, then suddenly guy starts yelling at me, HELLO? HELLO? Then he kept talking over me."
"Found a hair in my food, when I went back to ask for another one, the lady was extremely rude, snatched the food and told me next time to check if there’s a hair in my food. A customer shouldn’t have to check if there is hair in their food each time. Go to a different Dunkin!"
"Stopped here for coffee at 11:00 am on Monday. Now I realize that 11 am coffee might not be the freshest. But this coffee tasted like instant Folgers made with hot tap water. I love DD coffee. I got some at the DD on Hickory Ave. on Sunday and it was great. I brew DD coffee at home. I know what DD coffee tastes like. This stuff was pretty vile."
"I placed a large mobile order and it was ready and made exactly how ordered. It was busy in the store but every employee was moving and working. Seems like a well oiled machine. Excellent service, clean store."
