"Went through the drive thru here twice in the past month or so, and both times was told they didn’t have what I ordered, in spite of it being advertised on the menu board. Normally go to the Fallston location and have never had that happen there. It’s 2023, and it’s an electronic menu. How much can it possibly take to remove an item from the menu if it’s no longer available?"
"Went there today and got 2 McRibs. The idiots put both of them on rounds hamburger buns with half the meat hanging out of the roll. They even put onions and pickels on the half hanging off the roll. How stupid. The picture on the wall shows it on a long roll. I'm going to chick Fila from now on. They seem to be able to weed out stupid employees"
"Each time we stop by this McDonald’s drive thru we have not been served. The workers either ignore us waiting by the window or just straight up say that the wait for the food will be over an hour. One time I paid for my food in advance and just had it set for a pick up and the same thing happened- I was never served that food."
"Great McDonald's. The two ladies at the register were very friendly and helpful. They also filled the ice cream cones well. The bathrooms were clean, and the sink was uncommonly powerful. Only small sadness is that they shorted me one BBQ sauce with my nuggets."
