"i order a venti caramel frappe, i got it but it tasted so nasty and i went back and got in line and a guy was behind me, he jumps infront of me and the lady said “who’s next” and she clearly saw me and my husband standing there, and we told her “these are nasty” she said “what are these, why are you back?” she snatched them from my husbands hands and mumbled something under her breath, we asked for our money back , she threw them in the trash and it splashed on me and my husband. she was a mess and rude."
