"It is always pretty crowded in here since it is combined with a chick-fil-a so not the best place to go for a quiet coffee. Because so many people do frequent here it seems like they are always out of something which can be kind of disappointing. Other than that though the staff is always nice and everything comes out in a timely manner. They also support Boost so if you are in a rush you can order ahead and have it waiting for pickup when you get there which can be very helpful."
"Ordered an iced sugar free vanilla latte. It came with whipped cream on top (has sugar in it). Asked for it to be remade and came back with caramel in it (also has sugar in it). If you are diabetic skip this Starbucks. Really disappointing."
"Delicious coffee, piping hot, with tasty, but pricy menu items. Busy place, especially when exams are looming. Their hours have improved, but call ahead if you are stopping by in the summer or winter as hours are influenced by UMBC's academic calendar. Accessible entrances include the double door vestibule, as well as through the main entrance of the UC on the ground floor, (make a left, proceed past the campus card desk and the accessible entrance is on the left with an assisted door. Accessible restrooms are located on all three floors, and the host building has one public elevator, which connects to the third floor entrance, facing the Engineering Building. "The service is a bit slow due to them having only two registers yet having thousands of eager college students wanting their hot delicious Starbucks Coffee. The baristas are very nice and will get your order completed as quickly as they can. If you are a student you can use your "Flex" cash or "Mealplan ($5.80)" to pay for your drinks and food. They are open Monday-Friday and Sunday (but sadly they are closed Saturday). Overall I have had a great experience every time I go to UMBC's Starbucks..."
