"Been ordering here the last couple months. Me and my son have been happy with the bagels until today. I simply called to ask if they could remake it nicely. The manager kind of got smart with me when I told her about my bagel and said no one's ever complained of to much cream cheese. It didn't taste right at all. When I came in to get my new bagel I simply told her I brought back the other one so she could see what I was talking about. She then said great all sarcastically. I turned around and she was literally making faces at me like a little child. Really unprofessional when all I wanted was my bagel redone and I literally said nothing rude. Definately need to higher a more mature manager. Wont be returning. She clearly isn't a people person and doesn Ty like her job. And honestly I'm not a picky food person. This is maybe the third time in my entire life where I ever had to complain about the food where it was inedible. Completely shocked at her immaturity and rudeness. And yes it was the manager because the employee said hold on let me transfer you to my manager. But thanks"
