Seasons Pizza

"Missed opportunity. We placed an order for delivery and one of the items was spinach salad. We did the customize option when ordering online for a vegan associate that works here. We checked the box that said meats and it showed none and we added other items as part of the customize process. When we got the order it had bacon on it. The associate contacted someone at the store in Cockeysville to address the situation. Instead of just replacing the salad or offering a credit which would’ve given the store high marks, the associate we talked to spent more time explaining why it was our fault and that we should’ve written in the instructions no bacon. Nowhere, does it explain how to remove bacon from the salad. Sadly, the food is usually very good and we thought the service matched but we were wrong. Lost customer."

"I love their pizza and salads. I was a little surprised when I ordered a pizza, wings and a salad and it cost me over $40 but when I received my meal I was more than satisfied. They serve huge portions, and the wings are meaty, regular sized flats and drumsticks. Most places serve pigeon wings. The staff is friendly and they keep the restaurant clean and in good order. It's also a great place for team gatherings."

"Seasons Cockeysville has great food- pizza, wings, sandwiches, salda, pasta dishes are all fresh an delicious. It's not a fancy dinner out kind of place. The interior decor is fast-food, but the eating-in experience is nice with real dishes and cutlery. The service is friendly, attentive, personable, and accommodating. So much so, that you feel comfortable to enjoy a great meal and conversation as if you were at home. It is clear that the management and staff are capable and care. Of course, the same great food is available as takeout. Really love this place."

"Second location I have visited food was good placing my order was easy. The gentleman at the register was nice. Chicken cheese steak and onion rings were delicious. It was early afternoon so no crowd. Restaurant was clean."

"We usually order carry out from Seasons and are always very happy with their pizza. $5.99 medium two topping pizzas go a long way when feeding five hungry people. Tonight we decided to go in and get table service. Got off to a bit of a rough start as we waited about 7-8 minutes for a waitress. She was very nice and offered to take our order right away. Drinks came quick. They give out free bread sticks but the waitress forgot. No big deal. She brought it out. Pizzas came out super quick. Delicious as always. Best 5.99 pizza around. My one son ordered spaghetti from the kids menu. Huge portion and great value. Can easily feed two kids. I think they forgot to cook the spaghetti - it came out a couple minutes behind pizza and was nuclear hot. (Aka heated in microwave) Lily took good care of us during our visit and we ended our visit with dessert at the frozen yogurt machine."
