"Customer service is horrible. I ordered from the tropical smoothie app did not receive my food. I called the restaurant to get them to remake my order so I can pick it up. The ladies that answered the phone did not speak English so they could not understand what I was saying. They hung up on me multiple times instead of giving someone the phone they could understand English a little better. They did the same thing a few months ago with my order. I didn’t receive it. I called and told them I didn’t get it. The lady that I spoke to told me to come and get my food I told my friend to go pick it up and as soon as he got there, he said the manager said I couldn’t get my food because I took too long to report not getting my food but I reported it to the lady that was working there and I reported it to the app but my report that I sent to a different tropical smoothie location"

"This company has gone down,across the board. All locations not following business practices. Over icing smoothies(watery), cross-contamination with food(turkey bacon ranch cut with bufffalo chicken knife). Pickup orders sit out to get hot(smoothies). Poor customer service, always rush you through ordering. This used to be my favorite place for fast food. Employees make it feel like the club. No thank you. Will eat at home, save money. Do better franchise owners!"
