"Thee absolute worst service. 28 minutes to get my order of 2 Chai tea lattes. I asked some lethargic worker if he can help me get my order and his lame reply "I'm not here, I'm not clocked in" that guy needs to be fired. How insulting of a reply. Seriously for him to answer me like that??? He needs to be spoken to and have an adult attitude adjutment, that's what's needed. Seriously, the only saving grace was the one nice girl who made my 2nd Chai (which was missing from my order) and the girl who took my order. The place wasnt even that busy but others kept getting back in line asking for the barista to "fix" their orders. People should have respect for others. This Starbucks has the worst service ever.. "Nice staff but utterly disgusting place. From the grease smudged windows upon entering to the visibly dirty floors and tables, we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Unfortunately a trip to the restroom was required and, while I didn’t think it possible, it was worse than an overused porta potty on a 90 degree day. Avoid this Starbucks unless/until they spend some time on basic cleaning."

"It’s very interesting where baristas are giving priority to mobile order rather than in store order . Better I suggest to place mobile to get best service . NOT TO PLACE ORDER IN STORE. Slow serving . Literally waited 50 min in store pick up ."

"Friendly people. I went when it was pretty busy, morning rush and all. It took a while to get my drink since I didn't mobile order it. Drink was great but my sandwich was burnt and I couldn't eat it should have checked my bag before I left."

"Wow, this place looks great and decorative but this one girl has such an attitude and needs to be removed from this location. The rest were great but she is just terrible. Her response towards other customers, her lack of urgency seriously needs to be shaped up. Very light skinned girl, blonde hair in a pony tail and glasses and her name is Kristen. I have my own retail store so I understand the magnitude of having these kind of people working for me here. It’s possible that she isn’t normally this way but I don’t think she works too well under pressure. I’d also like to add that I waited over 13 minutes for a tall ice coffee (black no milk or sugar). That was the least of my worries though. I value customer service over all."
