"I’d give it five stars if they weren’t removing the movies. Then splitting up the few movies left into tiny sections spread all over the store. It was much better before the new year when lots of movies were all in one section."
"I don’t go to Best Buy very often but tonight 01/27 at around 6:33pm my husband and I were looking to buy a laptop, 4 employees came by to check on us and gave us some advice, one of them stood out the most (unfortunately, he didn’t have a name tag) but he was amazing, he went above and beyond, comparing and explaining different laptops and helping me find one that suited my needs. He was very personable and seemed to have extensive computer knowledge. Props to him and his team!"
"Stood back by the TV's for about 45 minutes no one said a word. Told security guard on the way out. Came again to look at another flat screen TV and stood around for 30-40 minutes and no one said boo. Even started changing the channels and they ignored me. Talked to General manager on way out and explained what happened. I doubt that the store reviews these comments and I can find no place to comment about individual stores on Best Buys Website. That's sad it could help them improve. They're destroying themselves. Came in this time to look at phones. They use to allow you to look, pick up the phone, hold it though it was connected by a cable. Now they're glued down. No customer service. I'm done with Best Buy."
"It is a well organized store. Tidy and not crowded. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Under the guidance we were able to find what we need very quickly. Good thing is that they not only offer name brand products which sometimes can be very expensive, they also offer similar products from brand like Insignia. Prices are much cheaper but the quality is basically similar."
"Very bad customer service. I bought dryer machines, including 5 years warranty, which is extra. My dryer isn't working correctly after the 3rd year, and the repair is covered by warranty. What happened? In the last 3 months,until today, Best Buy is pushing with 2 weeks of appointment for different reasons. Very unprofessional. My dryer is still on the floor, and nobody cares about the customer. NEVER BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STORE."
