"Pros: Nice bright roomy Starbucks. And, are they grinding their beans again? Excellent. Food and coffee, great. Cons: most uncomfortable bench I've ever sat on. Those cheaps wooden chairs with no rubber stoppers on the leg ends. What a racket as people drag the chairs out to sit on"

"I’d like to commend the young lady working the drive thru on Thursday, December 14th, around 6pm. Not sure if she was the manager or not. But I came thru the drive thru to get my 50% drink. I could see that another customer was giving her a hard time at the front counter and by the time she got to the drive-thru window it was 6:01. She scanned my Starbucks card and since it was past the time it would allow for the discount. I told her I was here before 6pm and I wasn’t paying the $6+ for the drink. Longer story short, she gave me my drink for free and proceeded to assist another customer. I waited until I could get her attention to apologize and let her know that it was not her fault and I understood and was willing to work with her. And didn’t mean to sound as if I was arguing or anything with her and wished her a Merry Christmas. I appreciated her professionalism and the smile that she kept on her face. Retail is a difficult business and customers can be real jerks and forget that people behind the counters are just that, people with feelings as well. I thank you for your customer service. It meant a lot to me."

"First off, I want to say that Howard is VERY polite and patient. My mother and I asked him a question about a gift set, so he asked “leadership” (Regina) and she gave him a blank stare as if he asked a dumb question. Right in front of us. She then went on to be disrespectful as he tried to explain why he even asked the question. She should not be apart of management. The experience was disappointing despite the kindness and patience Howard has shown us."

"This is a fantastic establishment! I went for the first time yesterday they served me well. I went back today, and the cashier even made my coffee perfectly the way that I want it. He personally made that for me. I love this place! It is clean the service is fantastic and the food is good go here you won’t be disappointed."

"Update!!! This review is for the Mill Run CIRCLE location. It used to be in Newtown. My frappe was ICE. Straight ice. They weren't in a rush. This is gross This location(Newtown) was very slow when I visited. There were 3 staff working. 2 specifically doing drinks. The other working the register doing food, ringing up customers, and just simple coffee. There weren't many ppl inside at all. 4 customers including myself. One lady said she'd been waiting 30 minutes for 5 drinks. The couple that was there has also been waiting a while. Somehow, there were ppl walking in picking up orders from the counter ??? I was one who'd ordered online and it took 20 minutes to get 2 food items and a pineapple refresher that was not made well . cashier was friendly."
