"Update Sunday December 10th 2023 service was good very clean I sat at a both on the bar side. After a few minutes the server came over with bread and butter in hand. Ordered the French onion soup and the Wedge salad they took a minute but the soup was piping hot and the salad was unbelievably delicious and looked amazing fresh tomatoes red onion lettuce and the blue cheese and balsamic drizzle it was awesome I ordered the steak and lobster with a baked potatoes all was good however the steaK was a bit tough but I didn't complain it was a special and it was edtible. But I didn't finish it. I had the chocolate tower for dessert it was wonderful. All in all a good dining experience......Had a great meal steak and lobster food,came out timely had the Creamy Potato Soup as an appetizer that was delicious. Service was good food was excellent. As usual the bread is delicious."

"Pick up a room a little unprofessional came in no one there or a friendly sign that says please wait. There were ppl in what I guess was a break room it’s needs a door they have ear phones and clearly can’t help or look you way so they should not be seen . I’ve been to outback before food was good all I ordered was a well done burger instead the burger was raw pink it didn’t even look like they tried to cook it I basically spent 16 bucks on a raw burger even with pink it still has a look that you know it’s done this looked rushed and not tasty now my stomach hurts . Pickles still taste like cucumbers very disappointed it was just a burger"

"As a manager in the food industry I wanted to take a seat to see how the customer service would be so I sat at the bar and was serviced by Aubrey and Sean. You guys are great and keep up the great customer service and attention that you pay to your patrons. Make sure you pay attention to the small details . Some people will criticize you for that. Make sure the drinks are always garnished with the appropriate fruits or whatever you use for presentation purposes it makes a great difference, but for me you guys made me so proud!"
