"Seems to be at a good location as it is just off the highway but easy to access and egress. Inside is a very open space complete with two small individual bathrooms. Pastry selection inside was small as it appears the majority of the business is from the drive through."
"Walked in and dined in. I like my veggie egg bites! Better than the starbucks bacon counterpart. Cooked and came fast. Many didn't dine in and just waited a bit to take their food away."
"I really want this location to be good as I live very close. Every 6 months or so I have a lapse in judgment and decide to give it another try and every time I remember why this is the worst Dunkin on the planet. You need to plan at least 20+ minutes to get your order. If you try to order ahead you will likely never get your order even after asking multiple times. I’m not sure why I even pay for donuts. The person working the register is also in charge of getting donuts and never checks the ticket. Every time I have to ask for my donuts and verbally tell them what I had. In my recent adventure, after waiting for 27 minutes for my order I asked to speak to a manager. The person at the register said basically the manager doesn’t care and that he was planning on quitting. Can someone please open up a reasonable breakfast place in the space? Please do better. On a side note the food is fine but can’t imagine they ever clean anything since they can’t even get orders out."
"They don’t speak English. Last I checked I lived in the USA and we speak English. Now I love other languages but when I’m in my home country I would like to be spoken to in English. Also employees were patting each others butts. I’m not here to view this content just to get a bagel. Thank you. The place is layout totally wrong. See photo. All equipment is to the far off left forces employees to be out of sight of customers. They would never know if someone walks in. The case is small with the donuts and they don’t look appetizing at all. What happened to the original layout were everything is in view excluding the person making your food??"
"I did not have a good experience here. In the 15 minutes I stood at the counter never once did I see an employee. There were three of us waiting...we all left. Might explain why the display case was totally stocked with donuts...nobody waited long enough to buy anything. Big thumbs down for me!"
