"UPDATE: IS EVERYTHING OKAY AT THIS LOCATION? Went in this morning and was not greeted although I spoke. The only person who seemed present was Donald who took my order. The silence was awkward. The tension was apparent. The young woman who handed me my drink said nothing. Everyone seemed upset! STARBUCKS get some customer service training scheduled and boost the morale! Clearly these young people are not happy! It showed through their lack of customer service and my awful tasting coffee! Wont be coming back to this location! Stopped by this morning for my beloved honey citrus mint tea and unfortunately they didn’t have the ingredients to make it for the second day in a row. The barista who took my order offered me an alternative to accommodate me. She made all the difference from my experience the day before by simply offering an alternative. The other day I stopped by this location, I was told by another barista there was no honey citrus mint tea. I asked if there was something similar available and she told me no-offered no alternatives. I ended up ordering a coffee I did not enjoy. I planned on not coming back but today made the difference. I didn’t catch her name but thank you ma’am for excellent service."

"The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The taste of everything is just nasty almost a dirt taste. I have ordered several different drinks as well as my family. Nothing is good here nothing ! Sad I have wasted so much money here !"

"Horrible service by the cashier. She speaks Spanish and was not helpful at all. She was very very rude, responding back by being smart and she did not take into consideration what I was saying. My order was incorrect and she did not fix it nor gave me my money back. I order Starbucks everyday and this is not right at all."

"This is one of the worst Starbucks from a customer service standpoint in the country. This morning, your employees closed the cafe and only had the drive thru open. I used mobile order to order ahead because I was in a hurry, arrived at the store and had to wait in a 25 minute drive through line. When I suggested they turn off mobile ordering when the cafe is closed, since it defeats the purposes entirely, your employee rudely replied they are “understaffed”. There were six employees behind the counter, all doing nothing."

"Great service but unfortunately they were advertising a drink they didn't have. I suggested that they should take the huge sign outside the door down and the guy behind the cash register looked at me like I was crazy. Oh well. Other than that issue everything was wonderful."
