Bulging discs, spondylolisthesis and shooting nerve pain brought me to J2 upon recommendation. Jackie was able to work through my functional exercises and use dry needling to alleviate my back and leg pain. I haven't felt this good in years. "I really like this place. I have a degree in Sports Medicine and I've worked with and for a lot of Physical Therapists. Additionally, I've had my share of accidents, injuries, and chronic issues so I've been treated by dozens more. J2's therapists are some of the best. Camilla is wonderful, intelligent, and inspiring! Everyone in the place is polite, friendly and professional. J2 is just the right size. It's small enough to be very personal and I'm treated by the same person every time- not passed off to different aids and techs (like most places) who have no idea who I am, my history, progression, or goals. It's also small enough that I don't feel "on display" for all the other patients and there are individual treatment rooms so no need to be self-conscious. At the same time, it's large enough to be up to date on all the current theories, treatments and modalities. It's also spacious enough to employ the perfect amount of social distancing and protective measures while providing individualized, personal care. This is purely an unsolicited review and I don't post reviews often, but Camilla and J2 deserve for people to know what a positive place they have."

"I just had my first appointment today at J2 Therapy and Wellness for my assessment and initial session for my chronic left hip and chronic left shoulder pain which has been debilitating at times. What a dramatic difference from the experience I had at another Physical Therapy provider in the area! I had separate sessions, one with Madison for my hip and one with Jennifer for my shoulder. I found both Madison and Jennifer to be professional, knowledgeable, informative and extremely pleasant! At J2 Therapy and Wellness I received one-on-one attention by experienced Physical Therapists like Madison and Jennifer that paid attention to every detail that was causing my pain. This is much more than I can say for the experience I had at the other provider in the area. The other provider seemed to take a "factory" approach where patients were shared between Physical Therapists that were working on several patients at the same time and a much less trained and less experienced "Athletic Trainer". I felt like I was on an assembly line so the difference was night and day. J2 Therapy and Wellness was superior by far. I am excited to continue my Physical Therapy sessions next week and highly recommend J2 Therapy and Wellness for all of your Physical Therapy needs!"
