"Ordered a delivery for my aunt for her birthday, paid, and got the confirmation email. This store calls several minutes later to tell me their driver had already left on a run, and they decided that would be their last run of the day. When we called and asked for a solution, they offered no help and just said they don't deliver on Sundays, so tomorrow wasn't an option either. I've used other EAs in other states, and they've never had an issue delivering same day or on Sundays. Their driver could make another run, but fulfilling paid customer orders is apparently not worth it to this store."

"This is probably the first time I’m not feeling cheated & bamboozled by EA. I’m a frequent EA visitor. By frequent I mean, I’ve spent so much money I should probably own one. I travel to various states for work and this is by far the BEST EA yet! I believe it was Ms. Diane who assisted me. Customer service was impeccable! Little did she know i was having a terrible week and wanted to gift myself something nice. Her level of patience with me as i was placing my order in a loud airport was comforting. Now let’s get into strawberries and bananas…they were dipped in chocolate so neatly. The strawberries were plump, juicy and red. The bananas were just right, not too ripe and not too “young”. I wish I had taken a picture before I ate it all…sorry y’all."
