OB-GYN Associates: Dr. Juliette Prust M.D.

"Update: Billing issue has been resolved, though the amount of time and calls in order to remedy this situation remains frustrating. Not everyone has time to advocate for themselves, and the number of times I had to insist that both the removal - as well as the office visit to get the removal - should be completely covered was very frustrating. Original: I cannot recommend this place. I scheduled with Dr. Prust for a standard IUD removal appointment, a procedure that is entirely covered by insurance at no cost to myself, and yet managed to get billed $150+ because the doctor decided to ask about something in passing (no relevance to the iud, and after the iud had been removed). We exchanged a maximum of 3 sentences with me saying there were no issues. This visit was then somehow recorded as being more than just an iud removal when that was in fact all that had occurred, other than what I thought was a casual 3 sentence exchange (that she initiated) as we were saying goodbye. When I received the bill, I called the office and was told they would fix the situation, but have not heard back since, despite calling many times over the past few weeks. Needless to say I will not be coming back, as I cannot trust being overcharged for standard appointments."

"From the very start I felt very happy , thankful & secure to have Dr.Prust as my doctor. She always made sure everything was good with me! Not only that but when she comes into the room she just brings so much calmness & secureness literally all my fears go right out the door. The way she just communicates with one another is just 100% .. I wouldn’t trade my OBGYN for anything. Now that my delivery date is coming up , i’m just HOPING she’s my delivery doctor. I can truly say I love my OBGYN & when my son is born I have no plans on returning to my old gynecologist... that’s how awesome Dr.Prust is."

Then when it came time to have my son, Dr. Prust delivered, literally and figuratively, and changed my entire experience around. She is sweet, relatable and really shows that she cares! Continues to be my doctor to this day. Highly recommend!"
