"I went to size my watch, the owner behind the glass was extremely rude and not professional at all. First things first -- This is my first time visiting this shop and let me say it was a mistake and a huge waste of my gas and time heading there. I asked the owner if I could resize my watch, he told me while frowning and humming that it will take some time and that there is someone ahead of me in line- I was okay with that. Then a couple minutes later he then asked me what was my last name and telephone. I started to give him that information and he just threw a invoice paper over the counter without saying anything for me to fill it out and walked away. Where is the professionalism? Where is the respect? He does not know me nor has the right to be acting this way. I hold my tongue and take a deep breath. I call him back and ask him what do you want me to fill out exactly and he explains again agitated and bothered then proceeds to say that it will take 45 minutes to resize the watch. At this point I knew he is having a bad day and just woke deciding that he wanted to be rude and disrespectful towards others and did not want my business. I then tell him to bring me back my watch immediately and that I am not going to do business with this shop. He then brings me back my watch then tells me that this was a waste of HIS time????"

"I bought an antique grandmother clock 6 years ago that did not work (although it was sold "in working order"). I had a local repair shop "repair" it soon after purchase and it still did not work, so I assumed it needed to be perfectly level in order to work, which was impossible in my 100+ year old house. I finally took the top part of the clock to Vienna Watch & Clock Shop this month and Guido repaired it (thinking it was a mantel clock). I asked if it had to be level in order to work and he said no, but I was skeptical. 2 weeks later I am thrilled to hear it ring on the half hour with accurate timing! I'm so sorry I didn't bring it to Vienna Watch & Clock repair sooner!"
