"Throughout my pregnancy I felt Janice was condescending with anything I asked and my visits were always rushed. It was my first pregnancy and I received little assistance. Every time I needed a form filled out for my Fmla or STd it was a process of emailing on the portal and calling the office staff to follow up so it was done. After having my child it took over a week for someone to sign off on my delivery confirmation paperwork. After calling because my message on the portal was read and not responded to - I was told that nobody was in the office and I had to wait another day, after already waiting over a week. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Go somewhere else! They are all rude and unprofessional."

"The front desk staff, nurses and doctors were great Even with my constant questions and paperwork. I have now 3 children and had a different office with each child. This by far was the most friendly and informative office. I'd highly suggest this office to anyone!"

"Though I loved all my visits with Janice and would love to return to her in the future when I am ready for a second child I will not return to her while she is still based in this office. The office staff is a joke and the take forever with any kind of paper work. (Excluding the employee who helped me transfer my information over to women’s health car group she was absolutely wonderful and a breeze to work with). During my pregnancy something came up with my insurance and in order for them to cover my ob visits I would have had to switch offices. When I went in to sign the paper work so they could fax over my records the lady at the front desk informed me they are allowed 7 business days to fax over any paperwork. I told her I understood but asked if there was anyway I could get an estimate on a time when my paperwork would reach another office, she told me it would take 8 WEEKS for there office to get my information to the other office. Eventually I just decided to apply for state insurance and stay at this office because the other office told me they could not see me until they had all my medical records. Then when I was on maternity leave I was trying to get my midwife (Janice bollinger) to to fill out a packet stating I was free to return to work at the end of my 6 week leave. ( I also needed this paperwork to prove that I was really on medical leave for my work) the front desk workers told me I could drop it off early but they would not give it to Janice until the day of my 6 week postpartum visit. Again I said I understood and kept my mouth shut. Then the day of my appointment the lady asked for my paperwork during check in and I handed it to her and she assured me she would have either Janice or doctor Montgomery fill out the packet. I waited 3 days and never received a call about my packet. When I called in I was told “our providers are very busy and they have 7 business days to fill out any paperwork.” I told them I needed it to return to work and my boss was calling me daily asking for it. She told me it wasn’t her problem but she would fax it over as soon as the paperwork was filled out. I gave them my company’s fax number and waited another 7 days and still nothing. Finally I went in and demanded someone fill it out and I had them fax it over while I watched. They were very rude and I refuse to return to them. I finally transferred all my information today and I’m so glad I’m done with them! Women’s health care group here I come!"

"Had a 10:30 appointment. At 11:10 I was informed the doctor still had another patient ahead of me in addition to the one being seen now. So another 45+ minute wait. Tried rescheduling and nothing for over 2 months worked. This is no way to do business. Especially if they would like to see new customers."

"Dr Ellen is great BUT her staff are a nightmare. So rude and condescending. It's not worth going somewhere that you are greeted with a scowl instead of a smile."
