"I cannot say enough good things about CAPA. My family is neurodivergent and Disabled. We were gifted tickets to a show but as one can imagine, these environments are a nightmare for people like us. I emailed CAPA as a long shot expecting to not get a reply but Elizabeth replied quickly and went over and beyond to help us. Elizabeth's ideas to make our experience more pleasant were ones I did not even think of! It is very obvious to me that if Elizabeth is not Disabled themselves, they sure know a lot about inclusivity. They were kind, non-judgmental and so supportive which took away so many fears for us. It's always hard being Disabled having to be vulnerable with strangers about your body's needs and/or limitations but Elizabeth made sure our whole family could enjoy a show."

"This is my fourth attempt of getting tickets to an event. I was 11 in line and as soon as I get on, there is only individual seats left? It makes no sense how their que works, their prices are ridiculous because you end up paying an arm and leg for CBus arts service fees. I’m sorry, but for it being an art center it seems like they make it impossible for you to ever get into an event. Let alone, when you finally do get in their stupid unordered line, the tickets that are available, are a joke. This is hands down the WORST experience I’ve had getting tickets to an event and will never .. EVER give this place a dime."

"This is a really cool venue. My only complaint is the sound up in the balcony was considerably worse than downstairs. I went downstairs to listen and it sounded like a completely different concert down there. I am not sure if that was the building and/or issues with the speaker configuration or if it was the sound man."

"**** also shared to Facebook- I assume they will delete. **** My fiancé and I came tonight for los tigres and had such a good time. We encountered wonderful and helpful staff. However, watching this one particular employee has us never returning. She would not let anyone stand or dance. Even when it was encouraged by the performers. When the performers towards the end brought out all different kinds of Hispanic flags from other countries she was shaking her head and rolling her eyes. I also witnessed her shaking her finger in someone’s face telling them she couldn’t wave their Mexico flag. These instances happened multiple times. I have never been to a show where people could not stand or dance even when encouraged by performers. Upon my observations I can only conclude that this women is extremely racist. Sticking you finger in peoples faces, shaking your head and rolling the eyes while Hispanic groups from all over are being represented on stage, and the aggressiveness and rudeness she had with individuals is disgusting. I will not support a place that allows racism. This is her in the photo"
