"They honestly just keep getting worse year after year. I have to use them for child support enforcement and they act as if your presence is inconvenienceing them. Every time I've gone it's "I don't know who you talked to here" we lost your paperwork excuses, excuses. They will do anything to try to convince you to not expect more from them. Finally today I didn't even give it a minute before recognizing that I clearly need to file my own paperwork AGAIN with court and the minute I stand up all of a sudden they want to act like they can help because they know your going to show they aren't doing their jobs.. They seem to want to push you to receive services instead of holding an accountable parent for helping with their own child. She went as far as to say the Judges and commissioner told them to "stop going to court" for all child support related issues. Than claim they care about the children. Honestly disgusting."

"Very friendly staff, knowledgeable as well. First people you meet when you come in the door is security, they're simply there 4 our safety, and they were very professional and behaved as gentlemen. Also assisted me with the checking in process, which was simple enough but apparently not for me. After only waiting for 2 minutes I was called up and interviewed by a very professional lady who was knowledgeable and happy to assist me. They told me I would be getting a phone interview with in a couple days and that came true. The phone interview told me I should look on my EBT card the next day 4balance. And a week later it still has not come. So make sure you have all your paperwork and ducks in a row or else you probably will not receive any help whatsoever. Last time I was there new to the area and homeless and hungry and they simply told me they could not help me and showed me the door. So good luck to you!"

"Would not recommend at all if you don’t have to. I’m currently getting letters dater June 2022 and it’s currently October 2022. Most of the workers are rude and act like they are getting money taken out of their check to help people."

"Slow at getting things done, clients neglected depending on who you deal with. Constantly have to be pushed for service to be completed, things on their end not done on time and clients always being blamed. Never answer phones, Emails, or return calls as messages state they will. Use to be better, service really has gone downhill."
