"I love this place. I have had great experience all the time except once, hence 4 not 5 stars. They are patient and always smiling. Great vibes and they work to make my drinks (starbucks snobby bit** lol- just being honest). I had made them make a drink again few times and every time they were like ok, no issues. I drive from Salisbury to Severn MD and always stop by if it's open. Unlike Easton starbucks- awful staff and has very bad vibes. Stop by at Cambridge location, you won't regret."
"Just toooo loud to do any type of work. Sounds like a night club coffee shops are suppose to have quiet music playing so people can read..take a telcon..ect..turn the dam music down lol...nice people ..but managers please make.sure music is coffee shop level.."

"Every time I get coffee at this specific location my order is always wrong. Today I got a gingerbread chai latte with oat milk. I got charged 70¢ for the oat milk. So it was like $7:50 for a grande. I got normal dairy milk and the chai tasted moldy?? There was also no gingerbread flavor. An ex barista took a sip and confirmed its not right and said that most of the time the workers at that location use 2% regardless of what a consumer ordered. Explains the pain. I ask for non dairy options for a reason. Anyway I also got that cranberry bliss bar. Scrumptious. Highly recommend."
