"Five star friendliness and customer service. $25 to change a watch battery seems steep, but at least they’re fast. Everything has a 15-20% markup, which wouldn’t be bad if they were just upfront and transparent about it. Most items I’ve seen don’t have visible price tags so they tell you the price from memory. Makes you feel like they’re price gouging. Been here a few times and each time they’ve done solid repair work, unfortunately I will have to shop retail online where the pricing is more fair. It’s a shame because they have a lovely variety of things to choose from."

"Took a very sentimental pendant in to have its bale repaired/reinforced and they did an excellent job. The staff was transparent about the repair process and responsive to questions, they completed the repair quickly, and when I raised one concern about a minor issue with the repair (due to a small miscommunication) they were extremely polite and corrected it within a day. I’m very happy with both the price and the quality of service, and I will definitely be returning for any future jewelry repairs I need."
