"BEWARE. This Brilliant Earth location will add fraudulent charges to your purchase unless you check the receipt carefully. I was charged an expedited service fee that I never requested (and my service was not expedited, in any case). When I tried to get a refund, they told me that I had to go through their dispute resolution process even though there was no documentation that I had consented to an expedited fee. Strongly recommend that buyers shop elsewhere."

I wanted to get a stone from some place I could be confident would source ethically which is what got me interested in them initially. I set up an appointment and the rest was a breeze. I worked with David at the Mosaic location in Fairfax and he made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. He made me feel comfortable from the start and answered every question I had. He showed me a ton of great options that were in line with what I was looking for without overwhelming me and had plenty of great advice to help me make my final choices. Together we selected the perfect stone and band. The price felt fair and was in line with what I was expecting from researching other options. I left feeling so good about my experience and our selection and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the ring. We got the ring in about 12 days which was much faster than I expected (I did use a stone that was on site so not sure if it would be much longer otherwise). Overall a great experience and I definitely recommend this company and this location."

"Courtney Larkin was lovely, she was receptive to my opinions without pressuring and was willing to explain jewelry terms and knowledge to my fiance when he asked. She made the entire experience fun and we were happy to make a second appointment so we could go back and look at more options. I see a few people complaining about having to book an appointment but I understand the reasoning why its that way. The brand has a focus on ethically sourced gems which means their stock is restricted in some ways, setting an appointment gives them the best chance to get all of the gems you want to see to your chosen store."
