He was knowledgeable, helpful with accurate advice options and costs, so that I was able to make informed decisions. Overall, I had the best value that offered the best options for what I needed. I even had them all cleaned and a bracelet reconditioned with my name re-engraved. I would recommend Frank to anyone requiring jewelry service."
