"Very happy with my experience here at Grand Jewelers! I first went to another place in the mall to try and have my bracelet fixed. The man there told me he would hit it with a torch and my bracelet would turn black. So quite naturally, I decided against that. I then came to Grand Jewelers to see what they could do instead. Haris actively listened to my concern and appropriately addressed my need. No torch action, and now my bracelet looks brand new again. They decided to add silver, and also gave me a better price than the first place for the job. Myself, as well as others, highly recommend them for what you deem necessary as it pertains to all your jewelry needs. I give five stars!"
