"Very unprofessional staff. Staff deliberately ignored my calls trying to have my daughter dropped off for after care for weeks. My mom called and they answered right away. When I walked up to the door to pick up my child, one of the staff members were dragging her by the arm towards the front door before I could even ring the doorbell. I was confused on where she was taking her. She proceeded to end services for my child after I told her my child is autistic and reinformed her that this was made aware to all staff her very first day of entry. She was put out for wetting herself and running out of the classroom like the other children do. There were only 3 other children there at this time as well as another staff member. The staff was well aware of my child’s disability and instead of cancelling services before we got to this point they deliberately went out of their way to ignore my calls and voicemails but answered the phone for others within a few rings. Very displeased with this daycare and they could have so much potential but cost me days of work for lack of communication. Never once informed me of their closings especially the last minute closings and never communicated if they could pick my child up from after care. Would show up to the school to pick my child up and would run into them as I’m leaving and they would say they were coming to pick my child up. Pls don’t bring your children here. The lack of compassion and care some of the staff have for the kids is disturbing."
"Very reliable, the owner and the rest of the staff is always cleaning from top to bottom, even before the pandemic. Very friendly nurturing environment for young children to be in. I honestly would recommend this center to anyone who is looking for help with childcare."
