"The store is fine, but there is typically only one person working at the register which means long lines. I had done an online pickup order. While waiting in line, a lady just barged right past me up to the cashier - and the cashier waited on her, instead of telling her to get back in line. Then, I picked up my shoes and when I tried them on at home, there was a sensor on them, so I had to drive back 20 minutes each way to take it off. I actually decided to cut the sensor off instead, and the alarm has been going off for over 12 hours now, haha. It's wrapped in a towel, in a tupper, out in my backyard. Anyway, the cashier situation is not ideal."

"Updating review. I think the initial perspective of poor customer service was just a matter of them being super busy. Once things settled down a young lady helped me with the measurement of my foot and ended up getting a couple pairs of great shoes. Thank goodness I have signed up for the coupons! Saved me some dough! $$"
"Large selection of sports and regular shoes as well as their accessories. The women's selection is obviously much larger and you can get some good deals. You do want to double-check the quality though, and try on both left and right. There are many online coupons that you should take advantage of but you need to be a member."
"Well stocked, large space, brightly lit. A variety of shoes are offered and many sizes available. The clearance section is large and has a good variety, but sometimes you might not find your size. Docking a start for two reasons, first is a pack of men's accessories. Lots of choices for women from hats to access to necklaces to purses. Men have belts... That's it. The other point is the place needs a good vacuuming. There is a lot of small debris on the floor, and it feels a little dirty. Not great for a place where you need to take off your shoes a lot."
