"Phenomenal Service. Customer Service was great. KPK set a time that was convenient for both of us. Dexter arrived early and immediately asked if it was ok to reenter my home if he needed to go back to his truck. (Thoughtful). Dexter put covers on his boots prior to entering my home. He was very knowledgeable and encouraged me to ask as many questions as possible. He gave me suggestions and options to avoid problems in the future along with a time frame.
