"Difficulty turning off shower faucet in bathroom rarely used in April 2021..American Home Shield assign job to Fast Tech. Plumber said nothing wrong just needs to be lubricated. Same issue 2 months later. Used different service. Told them what Fast Tech did and was told lubricant is a temporary solution but not a fix. Turned out the gasket had gone bad. I can't help but think if Fast Tech had been more thorough in diagnosing problemit would have been resolved the first time. Would rate zero stars if possible."
