"I’ve brought my phone here in the past for screen repairs, due to a cracked screen. These issues were fixed quickly (short turnaround time) and effectively. Today, my phone unexpectedly restarted by itself a few times. I stopped by today to see what my options were. The employee said something about how the business would be required to keep the phone for “24-48 hours to rule out other issues” before they could even complete the repairs? The process was unclear, but it seemed strange that the business would need to keep my phone for that long. I will be taking my business elsewhere for this issue."
