"I can’t say enough good things. We live in a super old Victorian with a ton of weird roof pitches and angles. When other companies came out, it seemed very intimidating, but Pat, Chad, and Eddie had a plan by close of business, Kelly had the paperwork over immediately, and they all got started a few days later. Pat and Marco did an amazing job of getting duct work into weird spaces with minimal demo! They were all thorough in answering questions, explaining their thought process, and tidying up after themselves each day. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install a full HVAC system, or for any maintenance and repairs of their HVAC or boiler. It’s a top notch team!"

"Had a horrible experience with this company , charged over $4k to fix a plumbing leak which wasn’t fully addressed as a result the leak spread even more inside apartment. When I called them back they came and said I need to use a shower curtain so water doesn’t get out the bathroom when showering meanwhile water was soaking the hallway and the room next to it see the photos. Long story short I had to get another contractor to come in and address the issue which was a leak coming from the laundry room and not the bath tub. I tried to contact the manager Jason but he never returns phone calls instead they give you the run around and act oblivious to your issue. Horrible contractors , terrible customer service and grossly overpriced work don’t get these ppl if you value your property unless you’re just replacing a faucet or a toilet which is basic enough . Zero stars if I could."

"Very impressed with Hughes Mechanical. They installed a 5-1 mini-split AC/heat pump system in our 1920s home. A good experience all the way through, beginning with enlightening discussion with the estimator, who gave straightforward answers to all my questions (with no sales pressure). He sent the estimate promptly and was very responsive to subsequent questions. They offered an excellent price on highly rated equipment. The installers were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable---as minimally disruptive as they could possibly be. When we had a small problem on the second day of operation, Hughes sent the installers back right away to fix it. A very good company to deal with on this project."
