"No stars. Worst place to ever take your vehicle. No customer service. Had my truck for 7 days and charged over a thousand dollars and it is worse than when I took it in. Don’t waste your money."

"This was once my go to. They were very professional and knowledgeable about your car. Where ever the staff that worked here in the beginning of the year , truly needs to return. I went in for a a light bulb replacement and the total was 200 dollars and some change. I immediately asked why and was told the labor is 100 dollars and the bumper has to come. Knowing that my bumper did not had to come off , I shared that. Needless to say the 2 males ( because they weren’t gentlemen) became irritated because I wouldn’t let the mom came me like they scam the gentleman that I was sitting next too. He gave me my keys and to told me to go somewhere else , which I did (Rosedale Mr.Tire). I was greeted, and my light was replaced in under 30mins without needing the bumper to come off. As I stated, I come there all the time for the same services , so yes I’m going to argue my point when you’re trying to get over. I don’t know if it’s new management, but I’ll never return . They are horrible and doesn’t deserve the star that was given. He even tried to argue that I got my brake lights fixed there when I told him that it in- fact my other car. Instead of admitting they were wrong and didn’t have the proper knowledge, I was the bad person. Typical child behavior. If these are the type of people you employ, your business will not prosper. This is coming from someone who conducted business with ONLY this locating for the last past 3 years."

"I have had to take my vehicle here twice in a month due to the warranty claim. There weren't many places to choose from, so this is where I decided to go. I am completely happy with their professionalism and, Mike, who I believe is their Manager. They have gotten me in and out and have been outstanding this whole frustrating process."

"I will never take my vehicle to this car shop again. I dropped my car off at the end of April 2023 to repair a blown head gasket and I received my car back by the second week of May. By the end of June my car was spewing white smoke again and overheating and I brought it to this shop again on July 1, 2023. I didn’t receive my car back until September 2, 2023. I have an extended warranty and on August 3, 2023, I contacted them to obtain a rental car; however, the warranty informed me the shop had never submitted a claim for the repairs! During this time, I also never received a call from the shop on any updates regarding my vehicle. My car was just sitting in the shops parking lot for the first month. Whenever I called the shop, they would say they forgot to call me and my car would be ready in the next day or two but that was never the case. On August 10, 2023, the car shop finally paid for me to get a rental car and I kept that rental until September 2nd when my car was finally ready. When I went to pick up the car, the shop didn’t apologize for the delay in my repairs and even gave me the wrong key so I couldn’t get into my car. Terrible experience and I still don’t understand why it took two months to repair a head gasket that should have been fixed back in April."
