"I originally called another plumbing company and was told no one could come out for 10 days. After doing some searching online, I came across Mike’s Plumbing which had great reviews. I appreciated that they mentioned they were prompt and that their trucks were fully stocked. When I called, I got someone on the phone right away and they explained how I would be notified ahead of time when the technician was on the way and all of the payment options. True to their word, I was notified when someone was on the way and they did arrive in the timeframe that was promised. Our technician, Mike (not the owner) was very thorough in diagnosing the problem we were having and presented us with several options and the costs for each . No sales pitches. All of our questions were answered in detail. When everything was fixed, everything looked spotless.
