"The technician (Sherman) was excellent. He was having trouble finding the problem but persisted and discovered it was an outside wire that was shorting out. He was so thorough and explained every detail of the problem. He fixed it in a timely manner and showed me the defective parts. On the day of install the crew arrived and worked to ensure that the job was completed in full.
