"Jeffery was courteous and friendly. He was very thorough and did not give our dishwasher a quick once over. He took his time and checked out everything. My only complaint, and it's not his fault, was that I was given several different arrival times beginning at 8:30 AM. He did not arrive until 12:30 and had no idea I had been watching for him since 8:30. Otherwise it was a very good service call."
"The Bosch dishwasher's failure to drain may be because the install lacked the proper air gap hose - Repairman Jeff carefully explained how this simple apparatus could prevent future problems. I wish the Sears installer from the store would have installed one!! No repair was necessary after Jeff reset the start/stop several times and standing water was pumped out"
"He could not make the repair. His timelessness and professionalism were spot on. The 3 out of 5 review was that our issue was not solved and we we were told to go find another product to rectify the solution."
"Anibal was on schedule and notified me in advance, and was very professional. However, Dispatch rescheduled my appt and did not notify me and when I contacted customer svc. I was told that all of my parts were not in when they were in. I'm changing my rating on Anibal. Once he left the fridge still did not work. He told me to contact him and when I did on Friday he said he would be here on Monday. Then he kept hanging up on me on Monday when I said it wasn't acceptable that he did not show up. I've been a month without a refrigerator and that is not acceptable."
