"We had a problem with our water heater and sump pump (one was starting to show signs of age and the other stopped working entirely). I called Brian B. Quick and Ray was at my house within 90 minutes! After a review of the situation, he gave me 5 different estimate options on his tablet to review, so that I could decide if I wanted to just fix the immediate problem or if I wanted a full replacement. The prices were very good considering all the work involved. I went with a full replacement and by the end of the day I had a new, upgraded water heater, new expansion tank, and a working sump pump. Ray also upgraded some of my valves and piping, and he also made a few changes and upgrades as he went along, free of charge. I was very impressed with the time he took not only explaining things to me, but also the time he put into the job. They are a company that wants to get it done right rather than fast.
