"The company did a great job confirming my appointment from the warranty claim I had with my Lowes Protection Plan. The tech called in advance to give me a time he would arrive. This was very helpful. He was professional and courteous. He was able to address my concerns and fix the issue with my freezer."

"He called to advise he was in his way after finishing his next job. He advised me to lock up any pets, I kindly told him that I didn’t have any pets and he abruptly hung up on me. Upon his arrival here, I asked him if we were disconnected or if he meant to disconnect so abruptly, he avoided the question and retorted I was in a bad cell area. I personally wasn’t pleased with his disposition, he stated there wasn’t any issue with the dishwasher, when in fact water poured from underneath it. I hope it doesn’t leak again."

"Ashley is the name of the technician from Sears that came to service my whirlpool refrigerator (that I love so much). These appliances look great but do not always function like the ones from yester-year. Ashley is a specialist on these types of refrigerators, his attention was completely on the process of diagnoses' that brought about a successful conclusion. His attention to detail is one you can see as he works. It was refreshing to know that he cares about my appliance as much as I do. Thanks Ashley."

"Technician was ill informed, and very impatient as I was trying to figure out what was meant by his resolution. He was more concerned about getting out the door than a satisfied customer. Very unprofessional and ignorant"

"I had a repair man come to my house, he spent a total of 2 minutes looking at my dryer & told me there was nothing wrong with it. He charged me $126 and he left. I did a load of laundry and my dryer still did not work. I called and told them that my dryer was still doing everything that it had been doing. They said they would send him back today. He did not come back, I called aegan and they said he'll be back tomorrow and I should be receiving a confirmation call within the hour, I received no confirmation call, text or email and he never came back. Then I received an email saying that my appointment was set up in 2 weeks. It's next to impossible to get ahold of an actual person to speak to, And the number that I had called those 2 times, I can no longer get through to, which I think is very weird. I sent an email saying at this point I just want a refund so I can call a totally different repair man and of course I got no response."
