"Beware…. There is a “trim” price and apparently another price to have your dog groomed. I called to receive a quote to have my 5lb tea cup yorkie cut, shampooed and nails trimmed and was quoted $55 for the service. My yorkie was groomed today and I was advised she was $75. I explained I called and requested a quote prior to making an appointment and was told today a “trim” cut only includes a dogs face. A whole body cut is more. Why wasn’t this explained to me this morning or even when I called to make the appointment originally. Then I was told I could speak with the owner, Joe. He definitely wouldn’t help your grandmother through a closing door. He lowered his voice in attempt to get/sound tough with me. Poor customer service. He would not honor or explain to me why I wasn’t given the correct price for a dog haircut package. He shared he would call the police on me to handle the situation due to his bad business and lack of transparency on services and pricing. If you go there, just know the difference between a “trim” and a full cut. Also, don’t deal with Joe. He’s likely to threaten to have you arrested for questioning his ambiguous language and doesn’t honor the price quoted or explain what that entails."
