"If there was a way to give no stars I would. They were not prepared to take on the additional clients from the Warrington store. They did not ensure these clients would have a seemless transition. Instead they did not treat a 10 year customer with a chronic injury with dignity or respect; basically saying tough luck, come back in on Tuesday. The Warrington Pharmacists would never have done that. They were so much better, it's ashamed they chose to close that store."

"this isn't my pharmacy but I have a client that uses it so I call in refills and take him to pick them up. I often call 1st before wasting time driving there just in case the meds aren't ready...however...they ALWAYS put me on immediate hold and NEVER come back...it's literally forever hold."

"On 9/6/2023, my doctor orders rx for me. I don't receive any confirmation by Saturday 9/9/2023 that it was ever filled, so I call the pharmacy. I'm told that drug is backordered, so if I know a pharmacy that has it she can transfer the prescription. Would they have ever called me to let me know?"

"The pharmacists are never on the same page and each tell you something different regarding your prescription. They’ll tell you to come back tomorrow for your medicine only for them the next day to say oh wait it’s on back order actually come back tomorrow. The cycle continues. They’re not nice or personable AT ALL. There used to be one pharmacist that was amazing but I haven’t seen him in a while and ever since, the pharmacy is horrendous with their services. 1 star for being close to my house though"
