"Some of the best ice cream you will ever eat so many different flavors all high milk, fat content, provided courtesy of the cows behind the building. Fresh produce and baked goods are great and everyone of the staff are good people. Especially the kids scooping ice cream behind the counter make sure you tip them(because the tip jar is hidden)."

"I’ve been coming to Tanners for years. My only complaint is regarding some of the younger cashiers they’ve been hiring. Although quite a few are very pleasant there are more than a handful of teenagers that won’t even make eye contact with you. No good morning, no thank you, no smiles. Not looking for a long conversation but at least be pleasant. The very rude young lady I had this morning made me finally post this. Tanners - speak to these kids on proper and minimal social behavior to the customers. Kudos to the teenagers that are pleasant!"

"Great spot for good produce. Better stuff than shopwrong, giant, costco etc- better pricing. Great chocolate milk, the ice creams really good too. Been coming here 30+ years, hasn't changed and glad its stayed the same."

"Maybe 3 or 4 stars for fruits and vegetables. Although everything is marked up higher than your chain grocery stores. 1 star for ice cream. I was really looking forward to getting a hand dipped cone since they were shut down for so long. Got two tablespoons of ice cream for a double scoop, which is now $6.36. Most of the first scoop fell off in the parking lot and what's left almost fell off when I got into my truck. They used to stack on two big scoops. Looks like they're trying to make up for lost time since the shutdown and the ice cream doesn't even taste the same sorry to say. Some of the high-end mom and pop shops don't even charge that much and will definitely give you more for your money! Also, cash only???"
