"Pre-ordered pictures for school sports and the photographer didnt stay long enough to get all the kids pictures. We were told she was to be there the ENTIRE practice! Other parents said she was rude to them!!"
"Only complaint I have is the gentleman(a lack of). He is very rude and unprofessional. I was watching him from a far, witnessed him cursing at some young ladies. A simple can you please cheer over there would of sufficed. As the photographer was taking group photos, he was cursing and using questionable behavior around the kids. Maybe a bad day for him but low staff is not a reason to have people like that around children."
"The website let me place an order, then Colleen Kelly emailed and told me I couldn't order it without ordering more. I ordered something else. She sent me what they told me I couldn't have. With a scratch across my son's face. I didn't recieve the second order. Now, she's giving me the run around with my refund. Claiming it will take a week becuase, she claims, she can't just send me money through PayPal in two minutes like everyone else in the world can. Will not recommend. Will contact authorities if I'm not reimbursed. Totally frustrating experience. No customer service, as I see from other reviews, as well as the other disappointed parents I spoke to."
