"This isn't my first bad experience with this company and I'm sure it will not be the last. Today I had a package delivered from bath and body works and my package was opened. I ordered several candles and body lotions. Several of my candles had been opened and others were cracked. I can only assume the delivery driver did this because some of my body lotion had been opened and used. After looking at tracking updates for this delivery, they had time to tamper with my items. How does a package arrive in Hyattsville, md then go to Ashburn, va ( marked as delayed) then makes its way to Capitol heights, md? I'm not sure why lasership is still around or why companies choose to use their services but they need to be shut down."
